Panama City Beach, FL was born in the fall of 2012. The area known as Real. Fun. Beach is a destination that attracts visitors from all over the world annually. After having a successful event (In 2013, Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam had over a $10M economic impact on the area, in 2014, Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam had over a $15M economic impact on the area, in 2015, Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam had just under $19M economic impact on the area) the destination wanted the event to assist them in putting, “heads in the beds” and with the proven track record in 2013 and 2014 it was a perfect fit. Now the Festival falls annually on Labor Day weekend. This gives a distinct advantage to the event for years to come. The change in weekend, from the end of September to Labor Day was based off the overall success of the event that PCB Entertainment, LLC produced. The management of the company creates festivals from the ground up. Working with the City, State, and Tourist Development Groups the company builds relationships that last for years to come. This strategy demonstrates that Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam can become one of the largest festivals in the country.
